This project is a personal cosplay recreation of the iconic Ashandarei from the Wheel of Time series. My goal was to create a convention worthy prop that remained faithful to the source material while incorporating custom design work.

The weapon itself is an entirely original design, created from the ground up based on references from the books. The foxes and ravens decorating the blade were generated with ChatGPT AI and further refined to fit the overall aesthetic of the prop. The inscriptions uses the Old Tongue Script from The Wheel of Time. The inscription is taken directly from the books and then recreated using the script given in supplemental texts to illustrate the text.
