Currently designing and fabricating a functional sales demonstration model of an industrial clinker grinder to support customer engagement, product education, and trade show presentations. The project focuses on creating a scaled representation that visually demonstrates the grinder’s operating principles while highlighting key mechanical components.

Planned features include:

• Functional gear train to demonstrate power transmission and component interaction
• Working roller assemblies that replicate the material reduction process
• Transparent safety guard allowing visibility of internal mechanisms during operation
• Modular construction to showcase major components and facilitate maintenance demonstrations
• Durable design suitable for repeated handling at conferences, customer meetings, and training events

The finished model will provide a hands-on visualization of clinker grinder operation, enabling customers and sales personnel to better understand the equipment’s design, functionality, and value proposition. This project combines mechanical design, additive manufacturing, and product visualization techniques to transform a complex industrial system into an accessible educational and marketing tool.
